The restaurant was not open which was one of the main reasons we choose this hotel. Also the bathroom hygiene products were only half full leaving me to believe that the previous guests had used them and they were not replaced. The hair dryer barely worked. The room was however very clean.

We could not have been more thrilled with our stay. The hotel is in the BEST location...if you're interested in the Old Port, dining, shopping, exploring the waterfront, and absolute walkability, it doesn't get much better. Parking was a breeze with the valets and the lot is accessible if you need to get something out of your car or drop something off. The COVID procedures made us feel safe and the room was extremely comfortable. Yes, the HVAC system is loud, be forewarned, but for us, we actually sleep better with white noise like that so it was perfect. The convenience cannot be overstated. We kept saying how we don't think we'll be able to stay anywhere else when we return to Portland!

Great getaway and location in downtown Portland- very clean- would stay again

Conveniently located to harbor area with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. On-site parking for an additional fee.

Everything was within walking distance. Plenty to do downtown and the ports were nice.

Helpful staff and very clean. Breakfast was very disappointing..... consisting mainly or cereal, yoghurt, bananas and muffins along with beverages. There was nothing hot, no bread, no bagels, no toast.......

This place is great. Its off the beaten path so its quiet but close enough to everything so its walkable. The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast in the morning is enough to tide you over until you go somewhere else like Holy Donut ( Threcommended).

Clean, great location, happy to rest our heads there for a night. Highly recommend!

Great location in terms of down town, but there was AC venting outside the room that sounded like a jet taking off, to the point we nearly had to shout at each other. Staff were great but walls are paper thin. We were woken up many times by a screaming baby often until 2am. Take those things out and we had a great time. With those things, not so much.
