The reception and front desk staff were wonderful. They helped me navigate the options of Covid testing and other logistics. Restaurant servers were the low point of the visit, but if you could get service, the food was great. Bathrooms are spacious and the walk-in showers are as good as any I have experienced.

Was very easy to catch a bus near the hotel to go to downtown Basel. The hotel took care of arranging an Uber driver to take us to the airport at 4 am.

Unique and close to airport. Checking in was a breeze and staff were helpful and friendly. La Cave was wonderful restaurant. Complimentary transportation to the airport. A few steps to manage before reaching the elevator with luggage made it a bit challenging, but staff assisted. Very pleasant stay!

This hotel is in the center of Saint Louis and only a few minutes from the Euro- Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg airport. I had a very early departure so wanted to stay near the airport. The hotel has a reliable efficient and free shuttle. The big surprise was the high quality of the room, the bedding and the decor. It is charming, warm and quite lovely. There are so many thoughtful touches including a Nespresso coffee machine, goo teas, and useful instructions. I traveled with a dog and there are nice places to walk him nearby. The town was beautifully decorated for the holidays with strikingly beautiful lighting. I highly recommend.

Rooms feel like a hotel and like home at the same time. Received very delicious welcome cookies upon arrival. Staff was immediately attentive for everything. The gym was small but nice. The hotel shuttle was actually a taxi and inside the taxi it showed the price meter which made me quite nervous but the driver collected no money and so it was indeed a free service! Hotel is also only one block or two from grocery store and bakery. Super clean.

This was an amazing property. Loved the room, the service and the restaurant onsite. This was a hotel that had both character and lots of comfort. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I’m anywhere near the area. Don’t miss the restaurant at this hotel.
