Good stay

I liked staying here. It's a nice place, staff helped me when needed and the hotel was comfortable. Internet connection wasn't so good.

Poor location for beaches as the container port seems to be taking over. Spacious and clean room but bed was hard and internet spotty. No nearby restaurant

Property looked great. Bed was stiff as the floor. Air conditioning condensation flooded our tile floor by morning. Had 2 stained towels.

Good Mexican Style Hotel

Good Mexican style hotel. Right at a public beach so not the cleanest beach area. But the room was clean and comfortable. They were able to accommodate my handicapped mother and our dog so we appreciated that, greatly. Ample parking and right next to a convenient store. About a 20 min drive to more tourist friendly areas but for the money it was a great place for us. But then again we have lived in Mexico for a number of years.

Horrible Hotel

Terrible customer service. I was there at 245 and it took them almost 2 hours to check me in. Apparently they don't block your room and the cleaning lady does not pick up to tell the receptionist what rooms are available which cause everyone to be disturbed. Only one computer is available so the manager only answers calls and the other lady next to the receptionist just staples your paper work. Would not stay here again. Location was terrible as well.
