Simply one of those little gems. Super central location great rooms and facilities but most of all the best staff a hotel could ask for. Not only a hotel I can highly recommend but will also come back to.

Happy Christmas Break

We found the Hotel to be the perfect place for our 5 Day Christmas break. It was very close to the Railway Station, Shops, Restaurants and places of interest. The Hotel was very interesting and great efforts had been made to make it Festive. The Staff where friendly and helpful and the room was clean and had everything we needed. It was also very quiet, we thought at times that we where the only ones in a hotel room. The Buffet breakfast had everything you could possibly want and gave us a great start to the day.

It wasent very clean , especially the bathroom . I booked a family suite and was kinda disappointed at how dirty it was .

Hotel Post

During the check in there was no information about when the breakfast was served. Either no information that you needed to make a time reservation for breakfast. I found out that myself when turning on the TV in room.

Have stayed here a few times a few years back and always had a fantastic time. Was disappointed by the service this time. Not enough staff on the desk as I could never get an answer calling the reception. Really hope it was a one off as the hotel is so beautiful

What a disappointment

We were so let down by our stay here. The hotel calls itself a luxury hotel and spa but everything is at an extra cost. Access to the pool and spa has to be booked ahead of time and at an extra cost which the hotel didn’t advertise before. The spa was the reason we had chosen this hotel in the first place. We ended up booking a spa day at another hotel because we’d much rather spend more for a better quality service and cleanliness. There was constant problems with our hotel keys that would stop working and you needed multiple keys to access elevator and room. The staff was incredibly inconsistent some were amazing but most incredibly incompetent. When checking out and paying for the parking the concierge forgot to put in our license plate number that we had paid for parking at the public parking garage they work with. Luckily we went back and one of her coworkers fixed it. We had also left our bags with them at the front desk since we weren’t leaving until later that day and had already checked out and they returned the wrong bags to us… total joke don’t get how they refer to themselves as a luxury hotel and spa. Last time we are ever staying here. The hotel is beautiful from the outside but that’s about it. Super loud at night. This hotel is not worth it spend your money someplace else. We left there feeling ripped off.

A big let down :-(

The hotel’s exterior and lobby are quite impressive but the good surprises end there. Right during the check-in one could feel it was not a service oriented hotel. We booked the place mostly because of the outdoor heated pool and when we got there we were told the hearing was broken. This wasn’t communicated anywhere and its was a real bummer to find out on spot. If you are reading this and thinking “oh, but who needs heating on a pool?”, remember this is Sweden we are talking about. It was probably circa 14°C during high summer. No reimbursements where offered and hotels.com “gold support hotline” also turned out to be unhelpful with the situation. As for the rooms: They are quite beaten up for a hotel on this price range. Breakfast: Uninspired and messy. One has to book it in advance but it felt they just did it to collect email addresses.

Helpful and polite staff. Comfortable room with a lovely bed. Nice areas for taking a drink and nice breakfast.
