After traveling across the country we had to check in with a security guard who was very nice but not helpful in answering questions. Got checked in and found out we had no hot water. After hours on a Saturday, no one available to fix it. Then 3am the smoke detector starts beeping. Next day someone gets the hot water going while we are enjoying Disney. Now evening of day 3, NO HOT WATER again!! Again after hours and can't get anyone to look at it. It gets fixed the next day and stays on for the rest of the trip. During this whole time I called a dozen times asking to speak to a manager to fix the situation and be compensated for services not met. I'm still waiting a month later.

I will not book here again. I booked for a birthday retreat for my mom and aunt to first be put in a room i couldnt even get into because the battery was dead on the door, to then get in the room with no internet and wifi and being told i needed to change units, to then try to get in the jacuzzi Saturday night to fond out it has shorted out and the jets and lights no longer work, went to the clubhouse to let them know thats the main reason i booked the room was for the jacuzzi to be placed in another place with a POOL NOT JACUZZI so i packed my belongings back and stayed in the room with the jacuzzi to find there was no supervisor on grounds and i wont get a call for a refund or to fix the issue until Tuesday

It was a great stay. The only thing they need to do is update all of their patio furniture. It was very old .need to pressure wash patio also . Need to have tv in second bedroom.

We loved having our own hot tub. Room was really nice and clean. Pool closed to early. Main hot tub at pool was dirty and cold. Gazebo was closed to lake. Would have been nice to have pool towels in our room. How ever we would stay again cause the room its self was really nice.

There is good and bad about this property. Good: Pool is well maintained, maintenance guys were quick to help (when things broke in the unit). There was a hot tub in our unit for tired sore feet while walking around Disney for 8 hours. Spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom for only $100 a night (but more for taxes and cleaning). Only 10 minutes from Disney and Universal. Unit was clean when we arrived. Bad: Front desk people are slow, clueless. Nice, but just not trained well. They tried to kick my family out 1 day before our checkout. Somehow they booked us, after 5 days in 1 unit, in another unit for the last night. The outside of buildings needs an upgrade. The carpets need shampooed more and/or replaced. Our A/C went out the 1st night we were there and we were too hot to get a good night sleep. The supplies were missing all throughout the unit. When we arrived I had to stand in line for an hour, with no one checking in before me, because there was only 1 guy working and multiple guest were showing up complaining about stuff their unit was missing. The security guy at the front gate was rude to us. We never said a word to him. He yelled at us 2xs for no reason.

Forever choosing Encantada as my go to Orlando lodging...great location and beautiful quiet area. The house was wonderful and having a hot tub at the end of each park day was awesome!!

Front desk so much lovely women at my check in . I’m sure we’ll back .

Diane was a joy in customer service. Fast check in and our Villa was comfortable and clean!

The location was perfect and so was the unit. The only issue we had was the Infestation of ants in the unit. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
