The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in which was on the ground floor did have some noise at times but nothing that would keep me awake at night. If you need to be in this area of Makati this is a decent place to stay. Thanks again to the staff who were all great :-)

Front desk service not good- the lady was not at front desk when we had to check out in order to be on time for our flight. Then when she got there she didn’t want to help us. Room had black mold in the bathroom and small for a “suite” really not a suite, just a bed. I’m not sure why it received high ratings.

Great price for what you get. A bit far away from the bar district. But the price makes up for it.

great location to shops,bank, atm,laundry and lots good eating places,all staff are willing to help if needed, shout out to Arnie,and Henry and special thanks to the manager Jet,who makes sure everything is ok thanks to all at Guijos for making it a great stay and why i keep going back there

Staff helpful and attentive specially bellhops and polite. Rooms are big enough you will have space for your luggage. Bathroom is very clean. Location is excellent walking distance to fast food places and sit-in restaurants and the mall shopping!
