One of my best hotel experiences ever! Not for luxury, but mainly for the lovely and kind staff. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and my only complaints are really minor ones: the card keys often became demagnetized and the rooms could use amenities like fridges and coat-hooks. Thank you, Mr. J., Ta, Sh, Es, Th, etc.

I didnt stay there because I contacted you to cancel this trip over a month ago, and get a reimbursement or a credit, what happened?

We liked this hotel when we stayed there before. We are disappointed that this hotel refused to refund our money when our whole trip, flights and cruise got cancelled due to the Corona virus. We will not recommend this hotel to our friends again. So we feel their customer relations leaves a lot to be desired, nor are we likely to stay there ourselves when we can travel after the virus is done.

Right next to the train station. Very convenient and provides business standard accommodation facilities.

Stayed here a few times now and never had any complaints. The hotel again looked absolutely lovely for Christmas as it did last year too, with trees, decorations and poinsettias. Staff are friendly and the hotel is quiet and clean. It's in a great location and takes only 5 mins to walk to the centre. It's above Aldi and Kruidvat stores which is very convenient and there's a Starbucks across the road at the train station. All rooms have air conditioning and the beds are huge and super-comfy. Highly recommended and I'll be returning again soon.

Hotel provides only very basic needs, do not expect any toiletries etc. perhaps it is better to provide such information on booking so that the guests can bring own toiletries.

The staff were very helpful, cheerful. Our room was clean. We had a good experience at Ibis, we will be back someday.

Location was great for arriving by train. Room was adequate and clean. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. I will be staying again.
