Lovely friendly staff and a great breakfast. We felt really welcome and enjoyed drinks in the bar too. The hotel looks like one of the nicest on the sea front from the outside and it was lovely and clean inside. We felt Covid measures we really good too so all safe. Staff were always cleaning and had lots of PPE and there was hand sanitizer on every floor and a one way system. The only down side was the shower which wasn’t great (the holder broken so had to hold it and it wasn’t very powerful) and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable (it wasn’t very stable when you turned over). Thanks overall for a nice stay.

Lovely place to relax in, and all of the staff were very welcoming. James is a whizz in the kitchen, so you won't be disappointed. Both Malcolm and James made all the guests feel at ease, and made us laugh alot. Nice rooms, and a perfect setting on the beach front. What more could you ask for? We will certainly go back in the future.

Wonderful few days away with my husband and 2 small children. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we was happy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and they had everything to offer. If I had to pick one fault it was the shower pressure is really low and also I’m 5ft 4 and needed to kneel to fit under it and my husband at 6ft 4 had to sit in the bath to shower but it wouldn’t stop us staying again. Will definitely re book in the future. All COVID-19 regulations were in place with a one way system, face masks in the hotel and hand sanitizer everywhere. We felt safe during our whole stay. A lovely beachfront hotel with staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food at dinner was excellent and our server in particular was very friendly and welcoming

Staff were great in light of the current situation regarding Corona virus.

We spent a night over a weekend in Gt. Yarmouth. The hotel is in the perfect location, just by the seafront. 10mins walk to the main pier and town. Great welcome when we arrived, able to park on the premises so that we arrived earlier than our check-in time and went to the beach. Lovely spacious rooms and ours had a balcony which was very pleasant, especially in the morning. Our children’s had a large room with a spacious en-suite. The place was very thorough with regards to safety due to Covid, masks and disinfectants everywhere. We didn’t have dinner but the menu looked very good and with a great choice, incl. Cromer crab! We wish we ate there as in the evening we didn’t find many options for dinner apart from fish and chips (which we had for lunch). Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choices and excellent with freshly baked scones and muffins. They just need to turn down the hot water in the showers, but apart from that, a very pleasant stay. Well done.

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the food was fantastic. We ended up having dinner here as well as the breakfast. Both were top notch, good portions and very very tasty. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in the UK as well. Very tasty spread! Would definetely come back if we are here again.
