A very nice hotel, nothing fancy. However, clean and fesh and staff is very welcoming and super nice. Got upgraded for free.

Very coizy hotel on the walking street with parking in back yard. Staff is extremaly frendly. Rooms are basic, but nice. There is a living room where coffee/tea and sandwiches/cakes are served all evening. I visit Trollhattan 1-2 time year for business and have never considered another hotel!

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, very clean, well located, the only thing is that it is an old hotel, so room accommodation are ok but not the latest fashion.

The hotel is in a good location but don’t rely on parking as the small courtyard soon fills if you’re not there early. Breakfast is typical continental and could be better.

Wonderful hotel, however, it is on top of an outdoor restaurant and they were open until 3:00 AM. Also, no A/C, so to get any air, we needed to keep the window and balcony door open. Lots of street noise and restaurant noise, but really nice innkeeper and super breakfast.

Really friendly staff. Great breakfast. Free cake in the afternoon. Convenient location in the heart of the city.

Pleasant private driven hotel along the pedestrian zone in the center of Trollhättan. Parking is in the backyard. Nice atmosphere, great service and delicious breakfast. Nearest neighbors are Resturant Butlers and the Bishop Arms gastropub.

Staff is very friendly and helpfull at this hotel.

Nice staff. Ver priceworthy

Good location on the pedestrianised main street. There is a supermarket in the shopping centre opposite and behind that a stop for bus 21 to Olidan and the locks, if you don't fancy the walk. It's a nice touch to have coffee and biscuits, sometimes bread rolls, available in the public lounge until 2200. My room at the back overlooked the car park and it was quiet enough to sleep with the window open. That may not be the case for the front rooms, as there are some bars nearby. As the room was small, the only storage was hooks on the wall, so I kept my belongings in my bag rather than unpack. But that was the only inconvenience in a very pleasant stay. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. No reason to look elsewhere if returning to Trollhattan.
