Poor Car service, lifts broken but great food

Why did the Lemon Tree driver take the slow road from the airport to the hotel - that took an extra 45 minutes... So when I checked out, I left at 1am as I thought it took over 2 hours to get to the airport, but the return driver took the motorway - I arrived at 145am for a 535am flight What a total waste of time and shockingly bad organisation The bedsheets are not clean The towels are very very used The lift was broken two days in a row However, the food is outstanding, breakfast is perfect, the evening buffet is fresh and delicious

beautiful stay

It was a short stay and I had a nice time being in the hotel. The food at the restaurant was amazing.. I would prefer to stay in this property in my future travel to Bangalore

Hotel LemonTree whitefield

The hotel is quite new. It's a nice hotel considering the neighbouring hotels. The room size are not so big, but good enough to have a pleasant stay.

Poor service during my stay.

The front desk service is not good. I was staying for 2 weeks but I was requested to pay the hotel in segments rather than paying once during check out causing me more paper work to submit once im back in office. The laundry lost 2 pair of my socks but lastly replaced with a new pair. The issue is with housekeeping staff trying to sneak half pair of my lost socks to my laundry the next day and didnt bother to inform on the lost even after I reported the issue the day before. That shows not a genuine service from the hotel staff.

Working hard on refit

The hotel is being refitted so some things are still in transition but still overall very acceptable. I stayed in a Deluxe room. Very spacious, comfortable double bed, nice TV (though a few TV channels were locked - they're changing cable provider apparently) and pretty good bathroom/shower. Small niggle - the ironing board had to be put in the wardrobe at an angle (too long) meaning there wasn't much hanging room. Need to get short boards or hang it outside the wardrobe. When I arrived the proximity sensor for my room door didn't work so they put me in another room for my comfort (a Superior room - also a good size) while they fixed it, which only took 15 minutes. The next morning everyone knew my name and they were very apologetic, but as I told them, they dealt with it well. Convenient for Whitefield but don't stay here if you're visiting Bangalore centre - much too far out. Will stay again to see how the refit is going.

Do not honour confirm booking - a certain NO

Paid 140 USD for a confirmed king size bed room. After check In found tein beds, asked to change the room and honour the advance confirm booking but declined citing the hotel is over booked. Called even hotels.com and they assured me the room being changed but again no action from hotel. Worst experience, with a back pain in the small bed. A certain no - not ever visit to this hotel
