Location to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and tourist shopping, are the only reasons to stay here. Very old hotel ,nowhere to hang clothes, including just a hook .most of the lights didn't work, all ice machines broke ,the parking that was available was VERY tight. Don't stay here if you have a larger truck or family car. There isn't any other parking options on the island without having to pay ,even if you go to a lot of the other attractions or restaurants, unless they have their own parking. Which most don't.

Place is in need of a major facelift. Room design was nice but floor was dirty Looks like they put all their money in the pool and neglected the rest of the property. Place isnt staffed 24 hrs. So if theirs an issue (which there was) there's nobody to call. If we come back to tybee we'll find another hotel

Could not get an answer at the front desk. Had to stand outside at 11am to catch housekeeping for new linens

The water pressure was very weak in the shower. The floors were very dirty.

Our stay was excellent, I would absolutely stay again!

The floors were absolutely disgusting.. I walked from the bed to the bathroom (maybe 5 feet) and my feet were BLACK. Pretty sure they’ve never been cleaned. The lamp shade was broken. The door to the room has paint chips missing from every room so guest outside can see in your room. It was very sketch and cheap. Don’t get me started on the lack of parking. Will not be staying here again.

Microwave was broken and told the front desk. They said they fixed it but didn’t. Had to ask them again the next day since there isn’t any places to eat on Tybee really late. Finally fixed it the second time.

I was wary at first because this hotel is on a pretty crowded street with lots of bars and bar goers. However, I heard nothing from my room and slept pretty well. The outside of the facility is pretty decent. The inside of the room could have been a lot cleaner. The walls, baseboards, floors and showers were not cleaned well. It is only 1/2 a block from the beach. It really isn't a bad place for the money and the free parking. I would stay again.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. But they did have an issue with the hair dryer was not working. And not enough plug in for our phones. Other than that was affordable, clean and close to the beach. Within walking distance. And had the weather been better I would have taken a swim in the pool. Which looked nice and clean.

It was very dirty, very noisy, building old and in need of upgrades
