I got a nice large room with view of the Jakarta skyline and the sports stadium. Clean and well appointed rooms. Pleasing staff were helpful with information. Location is very good. Short walk to Senayan Plaza mall. Lots of great eating options. Close to the Jakarta MRT train station. I’ll stay here again next time.

Hi - I was actually very disappointed. I came to Jakarta for the marathon and chose the hotel for the fitness facilities which was EXTREMELY important to me. On the first evening I went to check at reception where is the fitness center and they don't have one - this was advertised and the reason I booked the hotel. Total waste of time and a waste of my free night because then I had to spend my own money going to use a gym at a nearby mall. I am VERY disappointed with Hotels.com and want my free night back. It was not free when I had to pay to use facilities elsewhere. Very angry.

As I have meeting in Senayan area, Century park was an excellent choice in terms of location. Its food and cleanness were flawless and the staff was kind and no problem with speaking in English. Although it was a bit old facility but it was okay in every way and room was spacious. The only bad experience was that I got charged for laundry although they left a letter says there is complimentary 4 pieces of laundry per day. Upon check-out, the recepist answered me it doensn't effect on me since I booked from Expedia. Since it was not that big money, I paid anyway but I disappointed at last. If it was not for me, they should not left the letter saying 'free laundry'.

Staff friendly

We booked this hotel for location, price and amenities (specifically pool and gym). Their website advertises a gym which apparently they removed a while ago so we had to pay to use the gym next door. Which is normally not a big deal...if we had known. They didn’t offer to compensate for the false advertising. Gym costed us $68 US additional for the 2 days.

The housekeeper will makeup the things after you left. But the bathroom have some stuck for the water can’t gone.

nothing recognised as unsatisfied. Very confortable.

A clean and professional hotel. Near the sport centre.
