Nasty dirty, needs an upgrade for Windham.

The hall smelt of dirty dust and bleach from areas where the staff tried to clean up splls on the carpet. Other large stains. My entry door was a huge trip hazzard. I asked for extra pillows. I was told there were none. No bedspread or quilt, only a sheet. I found a musty blanket on a shelf and placed it on the bed. It had holes and didn't even fit the bed. Pillows were so small and hard. Not comfortable. Mattress worn out. I rolled into the middle of the worn out mattress. I expexted a higher quality with Windham as part of the hotel name. Will NEVER come back. Too bad. I come for the rodeo, and want to find a nice hotel. This was not it

While the beds were clean and comfortable, the floors could’ve been cleaner. The bathroom walls and sink were also overdue for a good scrubbing, and there were roaches and ants in the room. The staircases and grounds were pretty dirty. The fridge had a rotten smell in it and even though I told the cleaning lady on 2 separate occasions, no one ever came to investigate.The long term stayers are loud, dirty, fight and smoke A LOT!! And they let their kids run around all day unsupervised, dirty, no shoes, cursing, yelling, etc. Pros: The Spanish woman at the front desk and the Spanish man who checked us in were absolutely wonderful. Wish I would’ve gotten their names. Housekeeping comes every day to ask if you need clean towels, etc. Which was great. Had trouble with the TV and the maintenance guy was quick, courteous and efficient.

Quick weekend stay

The stay was for a quick weekend trip. The only real complaint I had was staff did not enforce customers wearing masks in the lobby at least. Staff was friendly and had on mask but customers did not. Maybe it was a one off. Room was clean. Kinda outdated but clean so I can't complain. Thanks

You Get What You Pay For

I checked in about 3 pm and then left to attend a wrestling tournament. After the tournament, I went to dinner with my daughter and grandkids so I didn't get back to my room until about 10:15 pm. I went to get a shower and there were no washcloths. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone was dead. I used my cellphone and called the hotel number and the 1-800 call center answered. I explained to her the situation and she said would connect me with the front desk. No answer. I called my daughter to see if she had a spare washcloth and she told me there is no one at the front desk after 10 pm! That's awful!

Get away for a bit.

It was alright. Many light bulbs on the property were blown out. Counted atleast 20 on one side of the building. It’s more like an apartment building then a hotel. I guess it is what it is for what we paid.
