Staff?!?!

Not all of the receptionists were friendly, the one who did our check-in was SO RUDE, barely accepting to answer our questions, he kept repeating: “I don’t want to discuss with you”!! Later on the same day, another receptionist just explained to us very kindly everything we needed

This property is disgusting. Smelly and unclean, tiny box room with window facing smoking area. Dingy and very cold. Towels smelt like they hadn’t been laundered. Radiator made awful noises throughout the night and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything, even your the room next door snoring. Badly slept for two nights. Bathroom stunk of cigarettes. Manager does not care about any of the above. Hated it and would never stay again.

Small rooms

The room was very ting and the balcony was restricted only 1 chair could fit on it. Overall the size of the room too small but it was okay became we was exploring most of the time.

I think this place might have been better if we were not given room three. It had no windows only sky lights and the WiFi wouldn't work in there. Not what the pictures would have you believe. Had I known our room would be like that I would have found somewhere a bit cheaper and got the same experience

Choose your room carefully

Stayed 3 nights. First night disastrous as window opened directly onto the smoking area. Noisy til after midnight and smelly too. Night receptionist was just rude when I complained. Next day the Manager was great and moved us to a very nice quiet room at the back of the hotel.

It is hard to comment on this Hotel because it is not what we expected. As our last stop in our European trip we thought we would not scrimp here and paid for a lovely room with a balcony and views....it turned out to be our most expensive but by far our worst Hotel....very small old room, very grotty and tiny balcony, a view of a roof and a construction site and a long way out and not handy to anything. When I questioned the staff in the dark and dingy office they were not interested and said it was Expedia's promises and nothing to do with them. Extremely disappointing after excellent accommodation in the rest of Europe.
