Clean, spacious, in walking distance from the old town centre. We parked for free on a street behind the pension, however, it's very busy. Very safe and quiet area. We arrived in the evening, the gentleman at the reception was very helpful and recommended a pub to have dinner.

Close to metro/tram, room with air con

It was really quite lovely, and it was super simple to check-in and check-out. People were complaining about paying city taxes (despite the fact that Hotels.com notifies you of this), so I thought that was a little ludicrous; people just need to read more about their stay, and it's only 1.70 Euro per person per night. Anyway, they were really responsive to when we needed help or assistance; if you had questions about the town, the staff were incredibly helpful and willing to help you find things to do. The building is a little old (including the elevator), but it's still taken care of and not a bad deal. If I were visiting Bratislava for a vacation, I'd stay here again. The WiFi was easy to connect to and free (the former is something I've found is sporadically difficult).

Location is great - right at the top of old town and a close walk to the train station. Price/value is unbeatable. We stayed here as a family - our kids are ages 10 and 14. For one night we had plenty of space. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

Expensive for what it was. Staff disinterested. Bathroom was not great.

The hotel was great, except the man at the check in desk was very rude from the moment we arrived until we left. Made the overall experience unpleasant.

this place was nothing like website pictures, my wife sat on the minifridge,we didn't even have a chair in our large apartment. towels with holes, wifi range was the door where we stood to use our pad. grumpy owner on top of that, skip this one
