I stayed here mid-week and obviously it's a quieter time than at weekends. The staff were always smiling, approachable yet unobtrusive. There was a general an air of relaxation about the place. My room was close to a lift yet quiet, the bed very comfortable and all the necessary amenities were to hand. The spa and pool facilities were surprisingly good.

Great service, room was cleaned twice a day, great food (breakfast and dinner). If there was something negative was that I could smell cigarette smoke from other rooms (I guess through the ventilation). But far from being uncomfortable to be fair!

Pros: - Great Location - Excellent Staff - Well Maintained - Clean Cons: - Price very high (one block down it’s half the cost) - Cribs for infants up to 6 months only, if you’re going with kids that need a crib and are older than 6 months then bring your own crib or look elsewhere. - Way overpriced cup of coffee or food (you’re really paying for the name not the food)

Great value. Meeting room is beautiful. Restaurants are best in area. Staff very attentive. Rooms are smallish so may want to upgrade. Not expensive.

Great location and amenities! Great spa and swimming pool. Comfortable rooms and beds. I always stay here when I'm in Prishtina. Great hotel!

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff that helped us getting a car seat for out baby by calling both taxi companies and baby stores. Besides this, good rooms, breakfast and location. Would not book any other hotel if we return.

It’s a world class hotel. Loved the indoor pool and sauna. The morning buffet was top shelf. It’s location is perfect. Best hotel in the city.

I liked the location in the center of Prishtina just walk

In a great part of town with excellent staff. They were attentive to all my needs and helped me navigate the city. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering the Prishtina! Only draw back was that the wifi in my room was rather weak so I had to go to the lobby to get some work down. That for me was somewhat minor and might have just been an issue with my room in particular. If they can solve that little issue, they are on the fast track to being the finest (if not already) hotel in the country.

Great hotel in the center of the city adjacent to the main pedestrian street with lots of local flavor and activity. Restaurant is quite pricey fir Prishtina, but there are numerous eateries in close vicinity.
