It was impossible to sleep with people walking around outside my room on creaky floorboards and talking in the dining room nearby. The window shades did not keep the sun out well enough. The shared bathroom is located so that in the morning when you just want to use the restroom and I haven't slept well, you have to walk through the kitchen past the dining room where people are chatting.The lady cleaning and managing it was really nice though.

Beware of the second floor rooms with shared bathroom—they open on to the kitchen and dining room, so are noisy, plus you may find yourself sitting on the toilet while a staff member washes breakfast dishes literally 3 inches away. My room was shabby, and not in a chic way. The place was not particularly clean, there was a definite lack of care. It seemed to be run in shifts by college students. I won't return.

For people like to stay in a house with architectural feature in a residential community, this is good place. There is limited parking space, make sure you reserve the spot in advance. Staff is helpful.

A good location away from down town prices but still pretty close. The building isn't new but its well kept and the room was fine.

Great location. Clean, well-maintained and hospitable. Breakfast and service was great. My room was next to the kitchen - so had to deal with the noise early in the morning. Late risers may not be thrilled.

It was great. But my room didn’t have a bathroom—the bath was down the hall—which wasn’t clear from the listing. Other than that it was super.

Stayed here for the Boston Marathon. It was very affordable and pleasant to stay in. Very beautiful place. Will stay here again if I run the race again :)

The room was quiet and comfortable. Check-in was easy. It is close to Longwood Medical Area.

It was very cozy. The room and whole 3 floors are just amazing. The decor and style was very fun. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great stay! Will definitely stay again!
