simply amazing

I booked at this hotel after a horrible experience at another hotel. Considering their price is still in the affordable range and more importantly, their operations were still at 70% their customer service was still of world-class quality. This will definitely be my new go-to hotel when in Cebu! Special thanks to Plisken Alegado, he was the cashier/receptionist/waiter at their HCafe, who was still able to smile and give a great service even though they were understaffed.

We stayed Nov 6-10th. The waitresses in the roof top, we’re completely clueless. We had to explain our drink orders, several time. My wife is a Filipino, she had to give our drink order 4 times. I understand Covid cost cutting. However you went a little to far on the breakfast. And the cooking of the breakfast was different from day to day. Pilsen, the door people, April, Mary and the Bartender upstairs were a big help.

This a gift for my parents and im happy with the outcome they enjoyed the view from the rooftop and all the accommodations, easy access., i hopefully recommend this for a 5 star

I booked queen bed. But My room was twin bedroom. So I told the staff, he said "There is no available queen bedroom." So I'm pretty disappointed.

Best hotel experience in a long time!

Staff was super friendly! Service on the roof top was excellent! Drinks were awesome! In room dining was a little cold when served. Tub could be bigger. Water pressure could be better. Water temperature went up and down during a shower. But all in all I'm sure we made the best choice of hotel in Cebu! We were over all REALLY happy with everything! Especially the staff did everything to perfection! Make sure to reward your staff for good service, witch, in my opinion, is 90% of the experience in hotel/restaurant/bar experiences! Thank you for a great stay!

Best hotel in Philippines

I have stayed at over 10 hotels in The Philippines, mostly 4 and 5 star hotels, and Harolds Hotel has been the best experience so far. Everything works, is clean, hot water does not run out, quiet sleep regardless of noise outside, and excellent service from genuine staff. Thank you Harolds Hotel
