Probably the best value hotel in Suwon. The rooms are always clean and I never have a problem with any of the staff or services there. I would highly recommend this property to foreign visitors to Suwon.

It was amazing. Good hospitality. I forgot to ask that mans name but he was such a help. He was in his mid fifties and was good at English. The way he presented himself with his courteous service, I thought he was a manager but found out he was not. Hopefully, next time when I visit there, I will see him as a manager. But anyways, one of the best places in suwon to stay, right by the city hall and all the attractions. Don’t miss it. And the price was very reasonable.

Probably the best value hotel in Suwon

The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Suwon City Hall station. The staff don't speak a lot of English but they are polite and you won't have any problem to check in. The rooms are very generous in size and have a bathtub, shower cubicle and electronic bidet toilet. They are very generous with the toiletries they supply. The bathroom will have at least 4 towels including larger bath towels which are difficult to find at a lot of Korean hotels. The room decor is comfortable and cosy. The beds are very large and comfortable. The room also contains a kettle, refrigerator with free water and some soft drinks, a computer and a 50' TV. The hotel also has an underground car park and fitness center. It's close to all the main shopping and entertainment places in Suwon. My only gripe would be the rooms are not fully soundproofed and you can hear voices from adjoining rooms at times but I've never felt uncomfortable or disturbed by loud noise there. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Suwon and I find that this hotel has the best value and comfort of any.

The hotel is placed in the center of different restaurants and entertainment ( clubs, arcade, etc.), And the mall; however, you can't hear what is going on outside once you are inside the room. Staff is very friendly!

Probably the best value hotel in Suwon.

The hotel staff don't speak much English but it wasn't a problem to check in. The rooms are big and the bed was very comfortable. The room has a very big and comfortable bathtub and also a separate shower booth. The hotel has a restaurant, business center, fitness center, table tennis tables and pool tables for the guests to use. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Near the main shopping and entertainment areas and also just 3 mins walk to Suwon city hall subway station. I've stayed in a lot if different hotels in Suwon and this one is probably the best at this price.

One of the best hotels in Suwon

Check in was a fine but would have been smoother if the staff spoke better English. The Hotel room was clean. Had a big bathtub and a shower booth. The bathroom was huge as was the bedroom itself. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well equipped with a 50 inch TV, cable channels, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, PC. The Hotel is located right behind Suwon city hall and within 10 minutes walk of all the shopping, nightlife, parks and the arts center. It's also just a 5 min walk to the subway station which will bring you to seoul in 40 mins. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. I would have no problems in recommending it.

Nice Place

Exellent value for money good sized very clean rooms and a very pleasant stay. Although lack of English language in reception but once again exellent value for money.

Pretty fair to stay.

Overall, the hotel service ans quality is fair. But the room type is not what I expected on the website. (compared to the price) There are many restaurents around this hotel and it is very good. Also, transportation is good.

Value hotel~!

Staff: 7/10 - was great, friendly and welcoming. Perhaps can improve on having more ability to speak English for foreign guests. Accessibility: 6/10 - would be great if there's an information on hotels.com or other online sites to show how to get to the hotel via public transport (subway station & bus station)
