This hotel is now a homeless shelter. My reservation was honored across the street at the Sheraton which was a better deal

The hotel wasnt even open so the were having ppl go next store and there was a 150 deposit for each room. I was told i was getting a full refund but have ywt to see it.

I never stayed I’ve been trying to cancel for days but can not get in touch with the hotel. Neither can Expedia. The costumer service is poor on their end.

Wish I could give an actual review of Hotel Indigo, but they OVERbooked for the weekend I was staying there. I had to stay at the Sheraton across the street, which smelled like cigarettes and had too many people in the lobby and elevator.

Stay over 14 days for quarantine. Hotel Indigo is housing homeless now, and send us to sheraton brooklyn. Sheraton is as bad it can be with noisy fan all night, noise from construction, really bad neighborhoods, really bad hotel guests with shouting at 3am. In future, Will not stay even if room is free.

No fridge no heat was closed so we had to book across the street

Hotel Indigo isn't open due to Covid19. So You will be staying across the Street, At the Sheraton hotel. Where it's having it's own thing going on.

Im from Brooklyn..but live in ohio.. so i know it’s renovation going on all over Brooklyn .. got to the hotel friday night and its was close due to renovations.. so they accommodating at the sheraton hotel across the street.. i wish they let people know before hand that indigo is close due to renovations..smh.. went to the sheraton and my room was dirty and house keeping wasn’t available til the next day .. the sheets was making me itch and i didnt have a good night sleep.. because of my complaint house keeping did clean the room that Saturday and they clean the room and change my sheets.. so the rest of my stay at the hotel was pretty good except for the noise in the hallway in the middle of the night

My wife and I came to visit family. Upon. Arrival there were no references made to parking. After inquiring and vigorous questioning there were no accommodations or instructions given for parking. All after discovering at the door of Hotel Indigo that the Sheraton across the street will be making accommodations for our entire stay because Hotel Indigo was closed.
