A place to build a better life

The facilities here are top notch and are designed for the sport enthusiast. It is a training junkie's paradise. There is essentially nothing here to distract you from some serious training. I can't wait for my 4th visit.

The sports facilities are impressive. However the maintenance is to be desired. There is tiles that are cracked in the bottom of the 25m pool . The rooms are not as clean esp in the bathroom and towels are not changed even though I put it in the shower floor to show that it needs to be changed. The staff are not really that friendly. Food is limited. If you go to the hotel as an athlete to train it may work but as a hotel guest they need to step up their game.

Only for athletes and gym buffs!!!

If you are not a diehard gym or healthnut, this place is it for you. This place is in the middle of rubber tree farms. I was sooo bored out of my mind. The biggest issue comes from the fact I want to cancel my reservation a week out, and this hotel wouldn’t let me without losing 100% money.

Great Resort - Loved the Tennis

Fantastic accommodation, clean and modern set in pretty gardens. We did the 5 day tennis package here and the coaching was second to none. Make sure you bring enough clothes, it gets really humid in Thailand. All the staff were beyond friendly and couldn't do more to help. The massages at the spa are a must, the staff really know what they're doing. Food limited but the Asian selection was delicious.

Wow, just wow. If you are looking for a sporty, active holiday with all the comforts... look no further. Just being in an environment with triathlon teams training, young athletic promises, travelers who want to jumpstart a more healthy living, expats who live in Phuket and sweat it out in the afternoon or locals who enjoy their football or beach volley makes you smile at life. Surrounded by naturr, eith a professional and super friendly hotel staff, this is THE PLACE to be. Be sure to take Jay’s Muay Thai lesson and Beer’s Bootcamp! Awesome classes. We stayed in the Garden Wing and it was so peaceful (except if you don’t like the sound of frogs!). Excellent service and wonderful sports, we were regenerated! One thing we might suggest is putting a dryer for clothes in the Garden Wing :) Also - the food! Quite excellent!
