The staff was very accommodating and hospitable from the moment my wife and I arrived in Bali at the airport. They left such a lasting impression on us and we will absolutely stay here again! It was truly a pleasure staying here! I can’t say enough great things about the entire staff other than to simply say thank you! We look forward to seeing you again!

Dissapointing to say the least.

I NEVER leave reviews but just felt I had to this time. This place is currently rated 9.6 but should in my opinion not be more than a 5 or 6 tops. Simply a huge dissapointment. The neighbourhood: extremely noisy from the neighboring bar/hotel/restaurant with high music and really loud voices until really late (I finally fell asleep at around 1am but still noisy at that time). The area in general is mixed residential (ranging from outright slum to decent properties) and a few restaurants/cafes/hotels. Minimarket within 40 steps from the hotel. The hotel: service was ok but the villas felt very outdated and the cleaning was questionable with light stains on the pillows and a lot of parts in and around of the pool in need of a fix. I honestly dont understand the 9.6 rating and it makes me wonder if some hotels (this one!) buy reviews just like you can buy likes on social media. Not recomended

My partner and I stayed at the Nyuh Bali Luxury Villas for six nights in January. We were so happy with our decision to stay at Nyuh, especially because of the people who run it. We were greeted so warmly and made to feel at home, and that was the case every day. It’s quite different to staying in a large resort. The villas are located a few blocks from the Main Street, which is great. It’s a busy city and when you’re in your private villa you feel like you’re tucked away in your own oasis. The villas offer transport to and from the local area, which means it’s very easy to find your way and get home quickly when you’re ready. The villas are nicely constructed with luxurious features and very comfortable bed. It’s great to roll out of bed and get straight into the pool. I was surprised at the quality of the food at the villas. We ate breakfast every day in the villa and dinner some nights too. It was very good. I’d highly recommend the Nyuh Bali Luxury Villas if you’re thinking of staying in Seminyak. We will be back and will also stay in their Ubud property in the future.

Best Villa

The best stay we had for our first trip of 2020. No regret! Their services was great without fail during our stay with friendly workers like Oka, Ogi and special thanks to Dewa for the very warm welcome check in and check out. Totally love the villa. Very clean, so convenient with K-Mart and the main road. Their breakfast choices was limited but it was fine. Other than that, are 💯👍 For sure we will be back for more stay in Nyuh Bali Villa⭐ Thankyou and we already missing our stay there

It is a beautiful property and we were given a nice introduction to our villa with welcome drinks. The staff were very friendly and their breakfasts were filling. The staff always made sure we were comfortable. The area is not entirely quiet as you can hear cars drive past but that didnt bother me. However I wish i could rate my overall experience as excellent because the customer service by staff is exceptional - but there were a couple of down sides which i was not happy about. Firstly, the decking broke as i stepped on it and my feet went through - so the property could definitely do with a bit of a revamp. I did not feel comfortable stepping on the decking as i felt like they were very weak. Second, the villa has low lighting. I understand it is to create a romantic atmosphere but there should be an option for proper bright lighting in the room as i was walking around almost blind, and hit my toes on the furniture several times. Lastly, i would recommend that there is a wall put in in the toilet so it is not exposed to the outside as i found it very uncomfortable to go to the toilet especially at night when theres a lot of mosquitos.

Amazing staff very helpful

It was amazing the staff were so helpful and always there to help you and support with anything you needed. Staff would drop you off anywhere you wanted to go local for dinner or to the beach... the service was perfect and cleaning was so good

Perfect in every way

Wow. Perfect in every way! Stayed at Nyu Bali Villas at the Seminyak location and all I can say is how amazing our experience was. My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 nights and every day was like simply like living in paradise. We have stayed in numerous cities around the world, but no service comes close to what we received here. From the moment we checked in until we left, we were treated very warmly and friendly by all Staff members. The room was perfect. The pool was exactly what we imagined. The shower, oh man I miss that shower already! Olgi was amazing and assisted us with any requests or questions we had. The service that the hotel runs to drop you off/pick up in the Seminyak area is so helpful and greatly appreciated. Olgi consistently went above and beyond with his duties. Thank you! But a very special mention needs to be made for Janji. We booked many tours through the hotel (a great deal by the way!) and we had Janji as our tour guide. His knowledge of the area was very impressive and was able to help us with any request we had while on the tour. Janji was the best guide we could ever ask for, his kindness and gratitude will always be remembered. He helped make our tours as memorable as possible! The rest of the staff we met along our trip were all amazing as well! We are already planning our trip back and can’t wait to return!
