The hotel was clean and rooms clean staff could do with speaking a little better English and being able to make tea or coffee in your room would be nice instead of having to come down to reception every time you wanted a drink then take it back to your room

This is a hotel in a quiet living quarter of Kiev, not too close to a metro station, but still well connected to two of them (from different lines) by a bunch of trolleybus, bus and minibus lines, all having a stop less than 200 meters from the hotel building. The hotel is near a big boulevard, so it's not really a very quiet place, but if you are ready to sacrifice the open windows and choose to use the air conditioning instead, the quality of the windows is so good that you are getting an almost perfectly quiet environment. The wifi quality is good, the quality of the breakfast offered is not bad for the price either, even though in absolute terms I wouldn't say wow about it, cleanliness is great, service is OK. Overall - a 4/5 is well deserved for the price. Of course, I would prefer a centrally located hotel from a popular international chain, but their prices are times higher. Way over what I would expect having in mind the living standard of Ukraine.

It’s dirty! Reception is sleeping past 12 am, HOTEL DOORS ARE CLOSED AFTER 12 am. Location is the worst and nothing around it. You will spend more on taxi, I suggest reserving a better hotel. We ended up checking out early and reserved a better hotel. Terrible service!

The service is pretty good according to Ukrainian standard. Restaurant is very good. The location of hotel is far away from the center.

Had a very nice room. The room was very big. The bed was a bit to hard. Very nice staff

Hotel was great. However the location is pretty far from the city center so it takes time to get there.

The staff were very friendly but language barrier as well. Facility was very clean. Restaurant and bar were as well.
