We were just looking for somewhere to chill out and not leave and St Regis was perfect. From arrival to departure there was not much that could be faulted. Covid measures were in place throughout and a welcome pack was provided in the room. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the room really spacious. Loved our view. The food choices were great - efforts were made for me being a vegetarian but really there were ample options for me . Enjoyed the live music in the bar area. The staff were very friendly, I think a bit starved for conversation with guests, we were quite fussed over. The pool was a bit of an odd arrangement with only one entry/exit access point, which was right alongside, almost on top of, a set of loungers. The beach was not a wow, but certainly private and catches a good breeze. The overhead fan on our patio did not work -we did not notice until the day before we were leaving. Enjoyed the 6.30pm "opening" of champagne on the main patio. Totally enjoyed the fine dining restaurant. As well as the regular visits by Hornbills. Would recommend and would come again

our stayed was great, there's were couple of things that could have been better. I've booked a months or so, upon check in the room was not prepared yet and need to be wait which I didn't mind much. I've booked some events but they didn't find any record so they need to recheck which still okay. The room was amazing, booked a suite with partial sea view, loved the small living room and balcony. The coffee machine was faulty and they've changed it which was good. Breakfast was fantastic, wished that could have been more varieties, i think COVID kinda make them changes up the spaces and the menu to suit the SOP. Anyway the hospitality was great thanks to all the staffs that attended us made our stay memorable.

The overall experience is pretty amazing. The room is very comfortable and the private pool is great if you have kids tagging along.The food is exceptionally good all-round. We have breakfast, rood service and order from Pantai grill. All are of high quality.

Had my stay on 25/7-26/7 of paradise at St Regis Langkawi. World class service and we definitely rate the St Regis 5 stars. Exceptional service from all the staff and absolutely delicious breakfast spread of course. We throughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back again.

St Regis was a lovely experience for us in terms of the amenities and room (we booked the Pool Suite). Service was excellent i.e. Staff were very polite and very helpful. We had a no agenda trip just to detox and relax and St Regis was the right choice for us!

Truly an amazing experience at the best address in Langkawi. I've been to Langkawi many times but St. Regis made me falling in love with the island all over again. Great service, perfect ambiance and amazing people.

Great place, we got upgraded which was amazing. Staff super helpful, small food gifts in the room every day. Its worth a stay. Some little adjustment: pillows too hard, menu super expensive, no kids club on site, they should offer small toys to kids every day to make them feel special, the beach..gosh not sure if water muddy or dirty, loads of plastic in it. The views are amazing even with dirty water.
