It wasn’t pleasant stay. There was mold in the bathroom, bed was so uncomfortable.

The experience wasn't something i would have expected from a chain hotel like this one ... Lemon tree carries a name which i feel wasn't reflected here , We actually had to checkout early because the conditions , The lobby was obnoxiously hot and it was 46 C in Delhi at the time there was no AC working , Check in Check out was whole another situation we had called in for Early checkout we were asked to pay which we very well did because , we had been driving for quite a long time and wanted to just go to our room and catch some sleep, to our surprise even after that we were kept waiting for more than 1 hour to check in , the way things were being dealt wasn't ideal there was no order that was being maintained Coming to the rooms , we booked a superior room which again as the name doesn't really reflect with the amenities that were provided , Room had a weird smell to it which even after mentioning to the staff wasn't taken care off. Thermostats were just there was showing purposes AC wasn't working On top of that our car was parked there for a couple hours in the morning the time we came back to leave there was a HUGE crack on our Windshield. Asking the Guard about it just a blunt reply and i Quote "I Know nothing about it there are other cars being parked here every single day , nothing happens to them ", All in all I Wouldn't recommend to anyone neither would I would like to go there ever, Better off at a Radisson or something with couple more dollars.

Staff was not responsive and service was too late.

This is a good hotel with good restaurant and food choices. But rooms are very small for a "premier" hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lemon tree- we organized a ride through the hotel before arriving costing approximately. 800 rupees but it was well worth the hassle free start to our trip.

Front desk could not find my reservation even after I showed it to them on my computer. Wi-Fi limited to two devices and kept going out. They couldn’t figure out our name and asked it with about four other names not related to us. Asked that the bathtub be washed out again. It looked soiled even after the so-called cleaning. No smaller bills available from the front desk. Reservation was in India so small bills are critical. No one at this hotel seems to give a damn. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I don’t understand the rating they got from others.

The room was clean and well organized. Hotel should provide recycling bins so that the customers can get rid of garbage without leaving a mess in a room

It’s not an amazing property. They don’t have good rooms. They charged me extra for giving “business double room “ but they gave me the ordinary room. The room description is very ordinary.

It’s a wonderful property with all the staff members so friendly! Love the fact that they gave opportunity to Mute people to work at their place. Their breakfast buffet was exceptional too!

Everything is great about it’s location relative to IGI airport except the front desk takes too long to check you out.
