Lovely hotel in a very good location. Room rather hot as no air-con, just a fan. Good breakfast. Excellent excursions.

Quaint property in the middle of town. Great location.

Everyone at the hotel was service-oriented, helpful and hard working. The only downside was that it was too hot in the room at night. In our room, anyway, there was not a lot of cross ventilation and it was too hot for good sleeping at night.

Very pleasant, queit and well located hotel

Everything was just fine except the bed... on wheels: impossible to lock! Do not try to read with your back on the wall or having any non-sleeping activity without being rolled away in the middle of the room. Breakfast is fine but do not expect to eat light at dinner

Convenient hotel with excellent restaurant in the middle of San Pedro. We booked tours of the major attractions through them and were very happy with them; we had great guides and ate great food in beautiful locations. Top notch breakfast, dinner also very good, more sophisticated menu than other places we ate in San Pedro. All that said, the quality of the rooms here varies greatly. Our first room had house music coming through the walls from a restaurant with outdoor speakers across the street -- not the hotel's fault, certainly, but not good for us. However, the hotel quickly found us another room, much larger, and though we paid a little more for it, it was totally worth it,. When another room like our original one opened up, they moved us back there. Overall the rooms are basic, with adobe walls, minimal amenities, no AC, but that wasn't an issue, it gets cool at night and each has a little outdoor area where you can sit, within the hotel's enclosed compound. For us the location, food, tours and overall look of the place made it a good stay.

Tuve una muy buena estadía en el Hotel Kimal, y en particular recibí una muy buena atención, sobre todo en la solución de pequeños detalles. Además, el restaurant del hotel es bastante bueno, y dado que la mayoría de los restaurantes están cerrados por la pandemia, es una excelente opción.
