Overall great stay. Some confusion @ check- in because reservation booked it separately for each night. Wonderful hotel just a short distance from downtown. Lots of parking. Great breakfasts. Workout facility was very nice with several pieces of equipment. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Rooms are very nice with well kept, liked the Neutrogena products they provide.

very handy good loction

We have stayed here before. It is a good location if you are visiting the University. But our room was freezing! We tried jacking up the temperature but it did nothing. We didn't check in until very late so there was nobody on staff to help us other than the man at the desk. Freeing meant that I had a terrible night sleep. Thank goodness for the tasty breakfast. Loved those scones!

The pool and hot tub were out of order. The people at the front desk said that information was available on their website. Thus may be true, but it wasn't on the hotels.com app. Maybe there needs to be better communication.

House keeping knocked on our door twice before checking out at 11:00 AM trying to get in and clean our room. Otherwise hotel was clean
