A very pleasant stay at this Willa. Good size clean rooms with a comfortable bed. A very good breakfast with excellent cold cuts and fresh coffee. Location was fantastic, just a few metres from the centre of Krupowki street. I must make special mention of Camilla the lady on reception, who was so helpful and friendly. Owners, this lady is a credit to your establishment.

Location was great - although a little difficult to find initially!

We arrived at the hotel for our New Year's Eve stay and checked in. The hotel was very dated, with tired decor and seemed a little unloved. The room was large, but was fairly cool considering it was around freezing outside. We were out for the night for New Year and were told breakfast was until 9.30 am in the morning. We went down for breakfast at 9.25 am (it has been a late night) and were told we were too late, I had to argue and point out the time to get a seat. We proceeded to eat and two further couples came down after 9.30 am and sat down with no challenge, maybe our face didn't fit! We have travelled to numerous countries and stayed in several places in Poland before and not been so rudely treated. The hotel was overpriced, even for New Year and staff require some much needed customer service training.

Nice property, nice personnel, very close to Krupowki.

Very comfortable and reasonably priced. In a brilliant location too as right next to the main pedestrian shopping street. Excellent breakfast and fresh fruit available through the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful property, right on Kropowki and convenient

For the price, it was ok. Nothing too fancy but nice

lovely, clean accommodations steps from the main street. About a 15 minute walk from the bus station where the buses arrive/depart for Krakow. I will definately say here if I ever found myself in Zakopane again!

Everythink was good except carpet in room whitchgive a light smell

Nice hotel extremely close the the centre of town which is great, less walking involved to get there when you'll probably be walking alot anyway. Friendly staff, great sized rooms (I had a double and a single room) it was very comfortable for 2 adults and a child. Breakfast was nice but nothing amazing; get it early as it really is the best first thing. The scrambled eggs I particularly enjoyed 😀. We didn't use the kids activity room as we were busy enough out in Zakopane do I can't comment on that. Overall, it's a nice hotel in a great location and I would recommend staying there.
