Great location, stong smell of food from downstairs restaurant, very small room, no space for clothes, good to have a microwave/kettle if you want to cook a little but no utensils or crockery to facilitate this. tried to contact remote service (no reception in hotel) and no answer for 10 mins. Gave up. Good value but deals at others e.g. Glo Art would been better value overall (30% more expensive, 100% better).

No checkin/out was super convenient. Amenities are more than I’ve expected, paper cups were thoughtful. Very Good location too.

Very clean. Excellent for a night or two. Perfect location.

Only suitable for short stay.

If you don't mind no one to help you check in, doesn't early check in and late check out. You can choose this hotel. Hotel will sent email inform you room number and pass code of the entrance and room No housekeeping if you stay shorter than one week. Room is very large.

Fire alarm has failed and was ringing 2 days constantly

Great location good price

A great location for all areas of Helsinki whether you are shopping or doing all the Tourist stuff with great access to trams and the metro. What I found a bit obscure is that our room was at the rear of the building and what I thought was a central courtyard was actually the inside of a pub. The opening hours were until 2am with 5am at the end of the week. Although this wasn't a big issue as the sound proofing of the glass was pretty good, there were a couple of times when the noise did wake us in the very early hours.

Great location and easy process to get access to the room. Security code text and email to allow access at check in time. Saw no staff at all though, and the hallway and lift area smelt of Oriental cooking as there is a restaurant in the same building. Room generally clean and the bed comfortable. A kettle, microwave and fridge are in the room but there were no plates etc... Definitely worth the price though and would stay again
