This property was packed with hockey families running the hallways, banging on the floor, screaming/yellowing, etc. The hallway smelled very strong of natural gas which was making our party feel woozy. Maintenence checked it outband said "it's nothing". We booked this hotel fornthe attached restaurant, which ended up being so busy they no longer accepted walk-ins or reservations. All the things we were looking forward to at this hotel weren't available. We checked out after being checked in for 20 minutes. I'd would definately call ahead to ensure there isn't an event.

Love Johnny's Italian Steakhouse. Clean, new hotel with great amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Husband liked the eliptical machine in workout room. Overall, great hotel and staff.

Clean, friendly staff. The option to eat on the property is a plus with Johnnys Italian Steak House. Easy fast check-in and out.

nice hotel, but subpar stay

I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it. Well-kept and clean. Chose it for a getaway with my wife and chose it partly because of the nice bar and restaurant and we didn't want to venture out. We were not notified beforehand that the bar-restaurant was closed while we were there (I assume due to staffing shortages). I would have chosen a less expensive hotel had I known this to be the case.

Staff was extremely rude, did not provide thorough information nor were they professional. Hotel looked nice but the cold, crusty and totally disengaged staff was a huge disappointment. We travel often and if all Holiday Inn properties were like this one, we would avoid them forever.

The hot tob had so much chlorine it burned our eyes. The breakfast vouchers purchased for the adjacent restaurant that served horrible food that was cold and under cooked.

This is a nice property. It is close to shopping if that is of interest. There is a nice local bar/restaurant on the property (Johnny's Steakhouse). There are quite a few food options within a short drive. There is a nice pub close by with good food and a selection of drinks (Northern Tap House). The pool is pretty is a nice size. The hotel has reusable shampoo/condition/shower gel bottles in the showers. It was nice to see an effort to minimize the use of single-use plastic!
