We arrived at the hotel only to find it was closed for the whole New Year weekend. Had to quickly find alternative accommodation with less than an hour before curfew kicked in, not happy at all.

Stayed a night. Clean hotel with free parking. Friendly and very helpful staff. Highly recommended if you are looking for a hotel to stop over and rest in you long drive journey.

Do not stay- and expect no help if you do stay!

Firstly, the hotel is very hard to find with no lit up signage if you arrive at night time. Once we arrived, at 9:50pm we checked and went to our room. It stank of smoke. We went to ask to be moved but reception shut at 10pm and we were not given the out of hours number at check in. Surely they could give customers this on a piece of paper at Check-In? Hotels.com booking confirmation says check in until 10:30 so something has gone wrong here. Begrudgingly we stayed the night as it was late to move hotels and in the morning complained to reception. The young man on reception was very unhelpful and would not/couldn’t give the managers name. I then emailed the hotel manager twice to discuss before writing this review but have been totally ignored. This is a cheap hotel but not very cheerful. There are no phones in the rooms to even call the out of hours number so make sure you have your mobile and are happy to use it abroad! I would have preferred to resolve this direct with the hotel but have been left with no choice but to write a negative review having not heard from them or been contacted.

Du vieux bazar sans charme, ni explication des procédures de l'hôtel. Réception fermé avant l'heure, pas de réponse sur le numéro téléphone.

Pleasant, but no dinner.

The hotel restaurant was closed on the weekend so we had to venture out. Plenty around but not easy on foot.
