The one thing that i did not like was att eh pool area. There is a large orange cooler full of complimentary iced tea for guests. There are paper cups provided,but the guests would refill plastic water bottles and resuable drinking bottles off the spout all day. Very unsanitary especially during these unprecedented times of COVID. The resort should take measures to ensure the safety of thr guests by placing a sign to discourage the use of refillable containers. I would hate to see and outbreak of COVID traced back to the resort.

Up and coming property

Great staff and very accommodating. Property is still developing and a bit removed from the action on the island. Wonderful food and a quiet, relaxing experience. I would come again

Would have definitely given a 5 star across the board..but upon entering our room on day 1 we found it do be dirty. The was pizza crust on the floor and crumbs on the table. Also had a little run in with a security guard on the property. He’s watched us walk in and out of the building our entire trip but on the last day while we were relaxing by the pool he took it upon himself to come “interrogate” us. Asking what our room number was, how many people are in the room, adults or children. He claims he was asking those questions as a means of security for the resort but not once did I see him stop anyone else... very amusing

Great 3 Star Hotel. Need a Car

A good three star hotel. The one bedroom suite was good for our family. I usually need to be on the main beach area but it didn’t bother me at all not being on Seven Mile Beach. In Cayman I want to go to a different beach or snorkeling spot each day. The hotel is centrally located. If you do not have a car and do not like driving to restaurants and beaches, I suggest you stay somewhere else.

Convenient distance from 7-miles hip strip; several (whirlpool tub, freezer, ice maker, sliding doors, torn furniture upholstery) maintenance issues with equipment in suite; film left on tiles making floor slippery. More attention to room equipment maintenance needed.

The staff was good. No gift shop to pick up any sort of supplies needed while there. No hot tub. Far away from beaches
