Great place for kids, many activities, pools and spaces

Range of food. Staff. Good drinks. Upgraded accommodation

The hotel is a perfect choice for a family vacation. For big families there are 3 room villas here (queen bed + 3 single beds). For infants they provide a playpen which is intended to be a crib. The hotel has a perfect kids entertainment, during the day they have different small interactive shows and in the evening they have a mini disco. There is a dedicated children area in the hotel with lots of things to do. There are several children pools including 0.4m, 0.5m and one indoors for infants however the water temperature was very cold for an infant. In the main restaurant there is a special kid zone where you can warm up baby food. In the kid zone they have low tables and chairs. In the mini-bar in the room in addition to regular drinks they also have milk. The hotel situated in the very pleasant place near the lake. You have to walk to the beach ~10-12 min along the lake which is a very pleasant experience. The seawater is very clean and the beach itself is kept in perfect condition, they have lots of shades on the beach so you can safely stay there for several hours. The staff is very responsive. There was not a single thing they wouldn't arrange for us. The food was great and the beer is good. A couple of downsides. It's NOT a non-smoking property, yes they have lots of "no smoking" signs but most of the people don't care and the staff cannot do anything about it. People smoke even in front of kids which is terrible. The second downside is the quality of cocktails.

Great hotel for kids. Lots of activities. Very clean. Food is very good and the staff is very nice and helpfull. We had a problem with the rooms assinged and it was solved immidiatly and every other need was answerd fastly. The rooms are small and a bit old but for us it was ok. We had everything we needed and more. Also there is a great new aqua park right outside the hotel. Great value for money. We'll consider coming back.

This is an excellent place for a family vacation. Professional and friendly people all over the place. It is a relaxing and safe environment for the children. Everything is great just as it is mentioned in the previous reviews. Briefly, it is highly recommended.

We had a great 14 night Otium Eco Club

The staff was excellent and all the time on their toes to please the guests. The food was plenty and not bad but needs a bit more changes (especially in cold cuts selection at breakfast) and Purchase Manager and Kitchen need to check much more on the fruits and vegetables which have been always not ripe and of quality below Turkish standard. Still we loved as well many of the dishes. There have been sunbeds added in the middle of our trip and therefore not the same struggles as in the beginning. Most impressive was the Lady in the Smile Club, she took excellent care, Assistant GM Tolga and we spotted one waiter (Serder?? with glasses) who clearly was the best of all and tried his best at each table to please the guests and made some fun. The bartenders in the evening at the pool bar as well super friendly all. Room was very small and we had a bad view, we have been offered to change room and didn't do it, so it was our mistake. We give 8 out of 10 and the most important of all, our daughter LOVED it! Thank you

We stayed in a villa which made it almost exclusive. The view was very nice and the daily housekeeping was with a personal touch, very relaxing.

My whole family stayed in villas and we couldn't fault anything, good food, friendly staff and excellent facilities we are already planning to go back again
