Super experience minus first receptionist

This place is stellar. The room was large and roomy and very clean. It felt modern and fresh. The whole hotel was being kept to a high standard of cleanliness for covid 19. They had breakfast bags you could choose what you wanted to eat, so you still get free breakfast but no more exposure to others being in the same dining space. Most of the housekeepers and the 2nd desk attendant were above and beyond helpful and super courteous. They gave the hotel a great image. However, the original desk attendant lady who checked us in was abrupt and even became argumentative when I asked for two extra blankets for my kids. She told me that was "unnecessary." In the end, she gave me only one blanket. I had 4 kids. Asking for two extra blankets so they would sleep better did not seem too. I even asked politely if they had enough linens to spare them which she admitted they did. I find it distasteful that she decided for me what was unnecessary when there was no shortage. In the end, I made no further fuss and just took the one blanket. But she was very rude and a poor reflection for the hotel. Fortunately, for the hotel everyone else was wonderful or I would be leaving a low rating.

The rooms were not as clean as they used to be. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was stained and looked like black gunk in the corners of it. No breakfast buffet which is understandable during the the Covid ordeal.

Due to Covid 19, the hotel was closed and we had to stay the hotel next to it, which wasn’t bad but it could have been easier if they could notified us the change before hand. We went to the hotel we suppose to stay and the door didn’t open, so we were wondering either if we came to wrong hotel or the hotel took our reservation by mistake. Then about 5min later hotel employee told us to go next door. he hotel next door was roomy and really nice but the bed wasn’t comfy.

We stayed at the sister hotel because of COVID-19. The room we were transferred to was a 2 bedroom apartment and was Amazing!!! Next trip we will plan on staying at the Comfort Suites but Residential Inn was good the extra cost may be worth it. Our trip was 3 nights with my husband and 16 year daughter. We enjoyed having our own bedroom with on suite full bathrooms. I liked having a kitchen and dining room table for delivery meals. Very Impressed!!!

I made a confirmed reservation and my credit card was charged, but when I arrived the hotel was locked up tight... no people, no sign explaining why or what to do/ where to go. I had to then try to find another hotel. Fortunately down the street was a Residence Inn that was able to accommodate my daughter and I. Total failure of customer service! I will not book with Comfort Suites again.

Friendly front desk. I booked two rooms at separate time with the intent of asking to be on the same floor when we arrived. But, they had already thought about it and even gave us adjoining rooms which was perfect!
