staff are friendly

It's a great place to stay if you want to see how a capsule hotel works.. And it's very close to the Ueno JR station about 10mins walk. It also has a Sento public bath area so you need to be not shy lol!! Just a heads up lots of people smoke.. But I was on the non smoking floor.

I was really suspicious at start because of the smoking, but it is well controlled and you are really close to metro stations. There is a nice lounge with good chairs to relax in and the staff is friendly, but they still have to do their job so don't expect to pass time with them. GREAT use of the onsen and sauna!

Very close to Jr, metro, ueno park, convenient! It's great for shopping, eating,sightseeing. But the hygiene of the bathroom/toilet is not very good. Overall it's a good hotel with cheap price!

Good area and friendly staff! Good price for Tokyo but thr check in is late (5 pm).
