Rooms are small but most are in Ocean City, it was located in a good spot and kept very clean though. The girl at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Parking wasn’t an issue, even with a smallish lot.

We enjoyed our stay. PROS Family Suite was bigger than pictures showed. Free beach tags with depoist. Use of pool and all facilities after check out. Close to beach & restaurants. Free ice, and coffee. Cons most were related to Covid. No housekeeping No breakfast. No covers on mattresses

This was our fourth time staying here. We enjoy our stay each time. What we like about Ocean Breeze: 1. It’s close to the beach and boardwalk 2. The price is economical especially when renting a family suite 3. The staff is always helpful and friendly 4. The facilities are clean 5. There is a nice front porch and lobby area to hang out 6. For a refundable deposit you can get free beach tags 7. Free parking 8. There are two bathrooms available to use even after you check out, so if you want to stay the day at the beach you can still clean up before you go The main drawback to this hotel is the facilities. Although clean, they could desperately use updating, especially in the bathrooms. In previous years, there was a continental breakfast but it was so meager that you were better off getting something at a cafe. The fact that COVID eliminated this amenity, was not really a drawback. Overall, despite the need for updates, we always have a great time in OCNJ and the Ocean Breeze Hotel

Rooms were very small, especially the shower and bathroom. The beds were very hard, and the front desk closed at 3 so there was no one to ask questions to or get something for the room if you needed it.

Nothing special. A bed to sleep in for a night at the beach.

First stay in a hotel not motel ,nice setting lobby and porch . Pool small and cloudy. didnt use. room is tiny but comfortable . no hot water.

They let us check in early which was great, room was clean. Pleasant stay, definitely recommend! Mini fridge also in room and pool was enjoyable

Hotel was ok. Very small room not for bigger people. Holes in the bed sheets, water in the tub that didn’t go down when showering, no continental breakfast, the tv wasn’t working right ( no sound on CBS) and NBC keept freezing thin walls you can hear the people in the next room and no clocks, tissues or chairs in the room. Other then all this it was ok place to stay.

We had a great time. The rooms have new furniture. The main issue was the TV stations. NBC would freeze every few minutes, CBS had a picture but no sound and also channel 7 on their TV's had a picture but no sound. Very frustrating...

Got woken up at 9am by the front desk and was asked if new furniture could be moved into the room while the entire family was sleeping. We had to move all our things around so they could renovate...while we were staying in the room. Nice otherwise. No breakfast downstairs. Generally clean, nice outdoor space. Nice pool could be cleaner, lots of hair and sand. Okay place, 7 minute walk to beach.
