Our only complaints would be the weird crumply material on the top sheets (had to remove them completely) and that our bathtub drain would drain so slow that the tub would fill up during a regular shower. Also, there were no eggs or other gluten free options during the breakfast, unlike their pictures which show an amazing array of breakfast items. Other than those few things, we liked our room, the pool was large and nice and the staff was very helpful. We would stay again.

The suite was spacious with a separate sitting area from thr beds. Breakfast was good.

Nice place with great breakfast

Good spot close to amenities. Didn't like pocket doors with opaque panels and those doors being facing the beds. Lack of toileting privacy feeling. Otherwise breakfast was great with vegan and vegetarian options. Good parking in the underground car park.

Second time I stayed there I was given a dirty room upon check in. Yet each time, they then upgraded me to a higher floor and quieter area. Staff is always friendly. Nice breakfast selection. Yet garage was broken and needed repair so harder to unload this time.

It wasn’t a bad place to lay your head. Our only problem was our room wasn’t that clean. Their was coffee stains in the sink & bathroom floor. Mirror in the closet had fingerprints on it, & lots of dust everywhere.

Beat hotel room in a long time!

I LOVED this hotel! Room was so well designed - toilet and sink separate from shower and sink, office area with couch, great breakfast. I’m only sorry we couldn’t stay longer to use the pool.

The staff has always been fantastic when I visit, but this last stay took the cake. At the front desk Petra was fantastic during my 1am check in and even called me a cab with a smile at 7:30am the same morning. In the afternoon I met Rachel and she was one of the sweetest people. She remembered I had rambled on about a company holiday party. She asked me if I had a good time. If that’s not above and beyond, I’m not sure what is. In housekeeping I met Michelle and Mitch. Amazing, super helpful and delightful humans!! Don’t let me forget about Grant on the hospitality staff. He was integral in changing my bad mood into one of hope and happiness. He’s friendly and thoughtful making sure the little details about my food and drink orders were exactly as I needed. I can only hope my review reaches these amazing staff members!!!!! Keep up the great work!

Son's graduation

This is the the third time I have stayed there and it will be my last. The heater was noisy, no room service, asked for new towels but never received them. The hot tub was down it was broke the last time I stayed. I think if your asking 140 a night customers have expectations and this hotel fails to meet many. We had friends stay in the same hotel and felt the service was substandard and I agree. After three separate stays I have come to the conclusion they suck.
