As usual the service was great. However when I checked out I notified the front desk that in my room it was very dusty. Most notably I felt it came from the air conditioner. It needs to be cleaned and my girlfriend pointed out that the drapes are dirty, probably from the dust. I sneezed and eyes watery while staying in the room. When we went out I felt so much better.

Amazing bed. Very nice hotel. If you stay here you better eat at FYZz I thinks it’s called. The restaurant on the 9th floor. Amazing food. The supervisor Clark is on spot.

A very modern clean hotel in a good neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was excellent,

Room was very small but comfortable enough. Actually everything was small, foyer, reception, elevator (one only ) Breakfast was decent but nothing fancy.

Excellent breakfast buffet, beautiful rooms, very very pleased with my stay. I reserved a ‘Fine Queen Room’, but they didn’t have it available so they gave me an upgrade to the large family room, really awesome !😁 I definitely will be a repeat customer .

All of the staff were very attentive to my needs while I was there. Very pleasant stay!

Breakfast is great - no negatives about this hotel.

It started not so good, there was a glitch in checking in as i have registered at around 1.30pm, i had followed up at 2pm when my family arrived. No room is still available. Disappointing part is that it seems they were not doing anything to expedite things until i followed up and started complaining. A staff (Julie) even gave me an attitude which should not be given to a frustrated guest. We were asked to wait for another 45 minutes as they needed to clean the rooms. At this rate we really don’t have a choice. I have with me a child, a pregnant woman and a senior citizen. We were asked to wait at the restaurant as the lobby was full. I understand that things may have slowed down due to the recent storm but they had been in the business long enough and should have known how to handle this. Luckily, the Resident Manager, Jerick Florano knows his job and pacified my frustrations with good service and assistance - kudos. The rest of the stay had been good will consider coming back.

Hotel is ok but staff and support by staff and checkout experience is awful - avoid hotel....better choices

Rooms were 1st class in design. Bathroom fixtures (shower) were excellent. mattress was extremely comfortable.
