El servicio y todo está muy bien lo que no sirve es la seguridad porque me quebraron el vidrio de mi troca me robaron todo lo que tenía adentro y nadie miro ni las cámaras ni la seguridad si te vas a quedar ahí ten mucho cuidado

Staff was friendly... But other than that it was a terrible experience, very thin walls you can hear everything (and I mean everything) from the other rooms Extremely difficult to access to the hotel because of the way the street is

No cable, no Internet, no breakfast, restroom was dirty

The hotel was okay it was in a good area with lots of stores feet away, when we went to check in right away the front desk lady was being rude and negative. She ended up charging us double of what we paid on expedia because she stated they charged for extra people as it was only 2 but we got the biggest room for the same reason with two beds definetly will not be coming back !

The room that was initially assigned to us was filthy, the deadbolt and door knob that connected it to the room next-door were filled with a plastic bag to cover the hole. It’s smelt as if that room has not been used in months, and to top it off the AC did not work.

The personnel was very attentive and polite. They were very helpful in all my needs. The care in maintaining the safe distance and the safety procedures were excellent. The only problem was the wi-fi, the signal was very weak.

I have been staying at this hotel for two years, and possibly this weekend was the last time. First, the reservationist did not give me my preferred location, arguing that the hotel was full when it obviously looked empty, No A / C and lighting in the hotel corridors, only one towel for two people, I tried to call to request another towel and the phone No. work, I had to go personally to the reception to ask for an extra towel (I never received it) the front lights of the room did not work, no more buffet, check out is at 1:00 pm at 1:02 pm someone was knocking on my door asking me to leave the room.
