Just ok.

Very convenient for Gatwick departures. Room however had issue with the air conditioning . Unfortunately I needed to make multiple trips to the front desk spanning 2.5 hours to get it sorted as with each of their attempts they just assumed it was fixed. So during this time I couldn’t shower ( windows don’t open, small room so would have ended up being a sauna) and it messed up our evening plans. No apology. It wasn’t too busy downstairs, would have been nice for staff to proactively check things were resolved rather than just assuming.

Convenient, modern, clean and comfortable

So convenient being inside airport. We booked room without window as we were arriving late so not looking for a view. Shower, bed, toiletries and TV were all ideal. Not extra costs to get back to airport as it wS walking distance.

Place to crash

I landed in the middle of the night and was happy to crash for avfew hours before starting meetings

Cosy & convenient

Bloc is perfect if you have a very early departure or arrival, as it’s right in the South terminal. Our flight was delayed a few hours so we landed after 2am and the very short walk to bed was really welcome! We slept really well, the bed was comfortable. Everything is well thought out with plenty of space for suitcases even though the rooms are tiny. The wet room is also well designed. Have stayed before and we’ll be back.

Good but small

The room is small, of course. I wish they could’ve fitted in a chair somewhere! When I sat on the bed, I kept banging my head on the upper bunk

Good if you don't value sleep

The room itself was fine as was the check in process, but the noise coming in from the corridor is constant, I didn't sleep at all with voices outside and doors banging (and drilling going on in the morning). Wouldn't stay again
