Everything was fine.Each meal was delicious.service was also good.

It was okay nothing great about it. Though comfortable. The food was tasty. Little more details in cleanliness is required.

Actually, the stay was for my father who was in Delhi for his business work. So according to my father, his room was very modern, spacious with excellent amenities and highly cleaned. The breakfast buffet was up to date with high hygiene standards and top notch quality food and service.The only prpblem he had was during check in. I had booked in early check in for him at 11:00 am which was also confirmed by the duty manager on call. But, due to my father's work, he just kept his luggage at the reception and went for work. When he returned around 14:00 hours, the room was not ready due to hotel being busy. I do understand this reason as I work Part Time with IHG, Melbourne but it was already confirmed for 11:00 am. So, it should have been kept ready by 14:00 since he wanted to rest after his work. Anyways, that was only the issue but apart from that his experience at the hotel was absolutely amazing and he will definitely be using Holiday Inn again in future for his business work in Delhi or in any other major city. A truly deserved 5 star service by all the hotel staff at Holiday Inn, an IHG brand.

Well.... I stayed in holiday inn aero city for about a night to catch my connecting flight the other day! The concierge was nice but the rooms were pathetic and didn’t made me feel like a star hotel! There were dust in some parts of the room, smelly curtains, Faulty fridge that had no cooling whatsoever, shower was leaking, water clogged in the bathroom sink all the time which was unacceptable. It’s very sub-par when compared to other hotels in this category like novotel, radisson etc! Calls to the services where mostly unresponsive. Requested some plates to eat but was told that the plates and the utensils would cost 300INR(robbery$$$). The only best part about the whole holiday inn experience was the amazing Driver who dropped me off at the IGA terminal 3 the next morning. He spoke very decent English, he was very well mannered and made sure I was comfortable the whole trip and even arranged my bags in the baggage trolley. Kudos to that amazing man👋 Never again at friggin Holiday Inn

Very good service and very comfortable.

After making a confirmed reservation and upfront payment, the check in staff was not able to pass the information to each other. As a result, front desk rep called me around 2 AM during my stay and asked for the payment. They could not find any better time or wait till the morning to learn that the reservation was prepaid. Main issue was the check in staff did not enter the details in the system and did not communicate to each other...Bottom line, they did not do their job properly. Pathetic experience.

Slow check in, but rooms were clean, spacious. Great rates right now. Terrible view in my room.

The wait and kitchen staff especially Rohit and Abhishek were extremely helpful and made every effort to accommodate as needed. The room, food and service was very good considering I was in quarantine making the stay much easier.
