I would not stay here again

The room was very small and smelled moldy. One of the beds had a fairly large indent (about 2 feet by 1 foot) which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. There were brown stains on the comforters and many stains on the bathroom walls.

The room was fine. It’s hard to not notice smudges here and there. Just felt like the room hadn’t been deeply cleaned in some time. I understand it’s difficult with staff shortages, but the hotel does need TLC. The breakfast was delicious, and I so appreciate fresh ice water, coffee, and hot water/tea available at all hours. The staff was very friendly and professional.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel Stephanie asked me if I had a dog.and I replied , I didn't know you accept dogs here. She didn't d the chk for in and we went to our room. We were so exhausted that I didn't want to come again to the front desk plus it smelled like dogs. We are in our room and the bathroom SMELLED LIKE URINE !! Gross !! I went to the front desk the next day around 10:00AM and Stephanie was there and I told her that the bathroom was very stinky and she promised me that she would send the housekeeping. I said ok and we left and didn't return until very late and to our surprise the room was never done ! The towel were never changed and the beds were Not made!!!! So I called front desk and Joshua answered the phone. I ask to speak to a supervisor and he told me that he was not in. So I told him what happened and he asked do you want towels and I said yes , he said come to front desk I'll have them here for you !THATS LOUSY SERVICE. I only went to Seattle Wa because my son is in the USA NAVY and he had a ceremony

BWOW ( Bring Your Own Water )

Hotel was extremely clean. I was impressed by how nice the hotel staff was. The breakfast in the morning was really good. However there didn’t seem to be any complimentary water. The water was available in a pitcher with cups, but it was lemon water. My kids just wanted regular water to put in our water bottle. There was a water jug in the fitness area that I didn’t notice until the next day. After we had already purchased a bunch of our own water. This may not be an important piece to some, but my kids and I drink a ton of water. It came as a bit of a surprise that there wasn’t easier access to some plain water. All other hotels I’ve ever stayed at always have complimentary water bottles. Other than the one thing, our stay here was fantastic. Even the other guests were really nice. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Bellingham, Washington stay

Great location……bathtub drained very slowly, causing pooling of water when taking a shower. Great free breakfast !! Room was near the elevators, which were noisy.

Everything was good and I would stay here again. My only comment is that the Wi-Fi was weak and was an open system with no password protection. This concerned me because any unscrupulous entity could potentially hack guests laptop

The room was clean & has all the amenities we needed. It was spacious enough for someone who uses a wheelchair. That said, it may then be more appropriate to have a shower rather than a bathtub in the washroom. The room was not very well soundproof. We could hear other travellers going in & out of their rooms & using the stairway during the night. Overall, our stay was good.
