The stay was good. One young receptionist with specks (glasses) has lot of arrogance. She is not at all suited for hospitality work. Rest all receptionists are good, helpful.

Boutique Hotel 1

Check in was super quick and the hotel facilities are excellent. Don't be put off by the location you can get to the centre of town in 15 minutes

Great hotel for the price

Although the hotel was difficult to find because of poor signage, it was worth the effort because we enjoyed a very clean, well-run hotel with polite, helpful and lovely staff who did their best to accommodate us. The buffet breakfast was delicious and good value for the price. It was an easy tram ride into the centre of town.

Nice hotel but too much noise!

The hotel is clean and has all basic facilities. In the future, however, I would ask for a room not overlooking the main road & near the main entrance as it was quite noisy, even at night time. The one thing that really put me off was noisy guests who were standing at the main entrance at midnight, talking laud & swearing. I asked the receptionist (male) to ask them to be quieter but it seems like he did nothing about it. Quite disappointed as I had to be up early the following morning.

Love this Hotel

What a great hotel ! Super friendly and helpful staff , great breakfast , and very spacious and comfortable rooms . all this for a fantastic price , I would return here anytime i have to be in Lodz.
