Great friendly staff who literally offers a very unique and individualize experience which gives the resort it’s rarity.

The staff and the location is lovely. Perfect location in the Gap. Rooms are basic, a little dated. Getting your room made up takes a while, we are on Caribbean time!

The staff members were extremely helpful, friendly, and inviting. As soon as I exited my taxi I was greeted with warmth and focused attention. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at Infinity in multiple occasions but this time will be my last. While the staff, especially at the front desk are always accommodating, the property is simply not worth the money. During this stay my Internet didn’t work (& it was suggested that I use my phone to create a hotspot), the flush mechanism on my toilet was broken for two days and taking a shower meant trying to maneuver in a space so small that the I got intimate with the shower curtain. I previously stayed at this hotel because of its location in the Gap but it is no longer worth it.

The staff were great the managers to housekeeping were extremely attentive. There are 2 pools and the beach was amazing. We only had breakfast and lunch which was reasonably priced. There was entertainment at the hotel which we did not get involved in as we had other things to do. It is located halfway up into the gap about 10 mins walk from the nightclubs. We felt extremely safe as there is 24hr security. We would deffo recommend this hotel. There is a gym which we didn't use. Nearby there are plenty of places to eat and drink to take in the local hospitality. There is a government tax to pay which we didn't realise until check out. Happy hour is only once a day at midday for an hour which is a little disappointing. We would stay again as our stay was so positive!!

Great location right on the beach! Clean pools. Friendly and helpful staff. Should come with at least a continental breakfast!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Upon our arrival we were informed by the staff that our room was not available and they would have to relocate us. We were forced stay at a neighboring hotel in an inferior room to what we had paid for. Once there we were advised that our checkout time the following day would be at 12 pm, while “Infinity on the Beach” staff advised us we would not be able to check in until 3 p.m., but would store our baggage in an office even though we had already paid for the full time/use of a room. The next evening we returned to “Infinity on the Beach” to check in when we were given a inferior room than what we had paid for. When I informed the staff member that was not what we booked and paid for, he called the manager to speak to me via telephone. The manager stated that they no longer had the room I booked available and that is the only room they had for us. When I requested a full refund and informed him we would go elsewhere, he refused and advised us we could leave but he would not refund our money. Thus forcing us to stay in a lesser room than what we paid for, or wanted. The room was loud from the street most of the night, and most of the time had no hot water. My wife and I were very disappointed with what happened but had no other choice but to stay at the room. Through our brief stay we heard a couple other visitors having a similar issue at this hotel. It is obvious that this is a scheme to fill their lesser used rooms.

Great location , easy to access everywhere. On the beach. Good enough hotel with this price.

Beds and pillows firm. Shower warm at best. No extra toilet paper. Ran out twice. No coffee pot in the room. Had to request one Excellent location for restaurants (gluten free options) and shopping. ATM within a 4 minute walk. Large quiet pool on the landside. One free drink (rum punch). Good value. Would stay here again
