Magnificent place. Hard to rate less than five star. I would strongly recommend for high end class vacation. Greetings to the management for keeping the bar high .

This hotel is overrated. After We checked in we noticed that our room was full of hair- in the bed room, in the bathroom and in the private pool. a lot of dust under the bed (meaning they didn’t cleaning there often), we asked to change the room but they said that there is no rooms available and call the cleaning staff to clean the room while we was at the public pool (after a long day of flight). In addition, the public pool wasn’t clean- there was hair and bugs during the period we stayed there (3 nights). The breakfast is good, but again the dishes warent so clean. The team is nice and the hotel is beautiful. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel, it is not worth the money (last year we stayed at the myconian villa collection and it was much better).

This is our second stay at this hotel after 5 years - still good and we had an even better room. The staff are very welcoming and the Manager was so helpful - offered us a local liqueur on our first night and arranged deck chairs for our terrace. The rooms are modern, v. clean and our bed was on a raised platform so we had a sea view. We didn’t use the ‘in room’ bath but it was with the extra for the jacuzzi - Amazing view. V good breakfast with GF options. Dinner is pricey but good. We ate at the sushi restaurant at the Imperial as we enjoyed it last time. There is a shuttle to/from the beach and town but we prefer to have a car. Beach is uncrowded, clear sea but pebbly. Didn’t sit by the pool this visit as we preferred the sea and no music. We’ll definitely come back again. Beautiful place hard to beat.

We can’t say enough about our stay! From the minute we arrived at the hotel till the minute we were dropped at the airport. First class experience like none before. The room with a view was phenomenal, the morning breakfast a treat every morning, the pool vibe was relaxing and fun! The 2 dinners we dined at both The Villas and The Embassador of their 9 properties was outrageous food and service! Some of the best ever. As we say in the USA Myconian knocked it out of the park! We will be back for sure

Beautiful hotel and amazing service - staff couldn't have been more attentive. Hotel is new and everything is spotless! Infinity pool is heated which is a nice touch for the late evening swims and it was possible to get breakfast delivered to our suite which made our trip even more relaxing. Only recommendation I would have is to expand the daytime food options to include more salads and juices. And the rooms could have a few more hooks for practicality. Overall this was the perfect ending to our Greece trip!

We spent our 3 days in Mykonos at this hotel. Everything was absolutely amazing! Starting from the complementary airport pick up in a nice mini bus, to the smooth & quick check in service. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. We got a complementary upgrade to come of their best suites! After check in they showed us the facility and the amenities. The decor, pool, lounge area, and room setups were all stunning. A 5 star experience for our first time in Mykonos. We are definitely planning a trip back to one of the 5 hotels part of this resort. You have access to all their amenities. The first 2 nights we stayed in the complimentary upgrade room with jacuzzi and huge balcony with our own tanning area. The room had 2 beds one of which was a swing bed (pretty cool). The last (third) night we stayed in our original room with private pool. The only thing I would change would be to make the pools heated. That way you can use them year round. Other than that everything was amazing! The roomswere stocked with everything you could possibly need from the basic toothbrush, shampoo etc all the way to other things you might forget that we’re available. The food, both room service and restaurant were amazing! High quality for amazing pricing. Breakfast was included complimentary as well! Amazing hotel with great views and service

The Hotel was fabulous, the attention to design and style was the best we have ever experienced. The rooms look over Mai bay with its stunning sunset. The food and service in the hotel was 5* all round. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to someone.
