You would have to be out of your mind to stay in this hotel. I was threatened with violence by hotel staff. That matter is now with the police.

Good spacious apartment for our family of 4. Handy to restaurants and convenience store. Easy after hours checkin. Apartment could have been a bit cleaner.

The apartment was spacious and everything worked so that was good. It was run down though, needed work and the dishes were greasy, we had to rewash them. The shower in the ensuite wasn't draining. On arrival all the windows in the apartment were open which scared me as I hate heights and we have a 3 year old.

The hotel is older but clean. Our room was spacious, however there is no ac in the second bedroom, which made it impossible to sleep for our kids. Luckily the main room was large enough for us to pull the two mattresses into so they could be comfortable. The dishwasher needs replacing - which - I suspect - is why the dishes were quite gross. The pool and spa area is fantastic. It is walkable distance to queen street and also Wickham terrace and all the medical specialists. We stayed as our son had to have eye surgery. We asked for a late checkout because of this, but the manager stated they didn’t want to keep the cleaner back, which was annoying. Someone had a dog there too - which is kind of gross.
