I loved everyone about this hotel, the beach, the room with an amazing beach front and superb service from everyone in the hotel. I felt as if I just came from Paradise, the entire place is very serene, targeted to making you feel very special and care free. The breakfast was beyond any expectations delicious and super healthy. Everyday yoga classes were taught by great instructors and offered once per day at 8:30, wish there was another class offered in the afternoon.

Excellent location in the middle of Tulum but quiet and private hotel. Fantastic top class, super efficient service, excellent location with a big semi private beach , not crowded on our beach which is really nice, excellent location of the rooms with the sea view. Food is ok, could be better but you are in Tulum so so many choices to go out and eat and taste new things around. I’ll be back!

This is a stunning place with great rooms, beautiful private beach front, amazing and really friendly staff. The location of the resort is perfect as it’s not in the super busy area but about 10 min walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants. We will absolutely stay here again when we next visit tulum.

Great place we stayed i several hotels in tulum, this is one of the best.

One of the best properties we've visited in Quintana Roo. It is centrally located on the hotel strip and they keep the property in excellent condition. The staff did everything they could to make us feel at home. The service was outstanding and the food next door (Ziggy's) was really delicious. We highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I would highly recommend The Beach Tulum. The beach is gorgeous, the rooms are perfectly situated, and the staff is friendly and fantastic. Service is excellent : what can beat having breakfast on your private terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea? Gabriel is one of the best (and nicest) bartenders that I have ever come across. Everyone at the hotel goes out of there way to ensure that you have a great stay, including the housekeeping staff. Thanks again!
