If you’re looking for an economy hotel to just shower and sleep right in the heart of Lisbon, then this place is for you. If you’re looking for a nice hotel with great service, then look elsewhere.

Great location and hotel is reasonably comfortable

The location of this property was can’t beat. We were right off one of the main tourist roads but did not experience any trouble with noise as a result. We were about a 15 minute walk from the “going out” district, so if nightlife is a big priority, it is something to consider. However, we were minutes away from restaurants, shops, and major sights. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The safe and hot dryer in our room were not functional. We did not really need either, so we did not alert staff so I️ can not speak to what their response would have been. The room was very small in minimal floor space, but it was very clean. Maid service every day was great. Overall, I️ would Recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again. It was basic, but was clean, in a very safe area, and in a great location.

The room was compact, but comfy and clean, and the location could not be better. The hotel staff was also very friendly, with Teodor being especially helpful and informative as we checked out and arranged airport transit. The only hesitation I'd have about returning is the Wifi, which was absolutely terrible. But if you don't need to rely on Wifi and are planning a couple nights in the city (room might feel too cramped for a longer stay), this place couldn't be better!

Our stay at the hotel was good. The location is convenient to so much of what we wanted to experience while visiting Lisbon. The person at the front desk was friendly, the rooms and facilities were as clean as we would expect, and the breakfast that was part of our hotel package was convenient and provided a good, although basic, selection. There was some street noise at night, due to the central location, but it didn't bother us much....we were still able to sleep. All in all, a good experience!
