The location is good, close to different train lines and metro The breakfast is very good, considering the good price of the room

Typical Japanese business hotel. Conveniently located next to the station. Clean, friendly staff, small room! I needed an extra pillow really!

Very good

Sumptuous full featured buffet breakfast with 9th floor views from the tables. Two minute walk from Kanayama Station. Room climate control has hard time staying at set temperature. One minute blows cool air and the next warm air.

It is very close to the Kanayama JR Station and there is a convenience store right next to it. Hotel is modern and clean. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection of Japanese and western food.

Modern hotel near train station

Easy access to train station and places to eat. Staff was very helpful and friendly.Spa and breakfast was great. We did have some load noise from the floor above us and found out it was the kitchen above us. Would not recommend the 8th floor because of noise.

All you need

Very convenient location, multi lingual staff, clean and comfortable hotel. I l only stayed overnight and didn't try breakfast or the spa but I can def recommend for short and sweet stays

Nice staff - they speak English. Great Japanese breakfast. Clean rooms - small, but typical for country. Good location if you like urban living - nice connection to the subway.

3min from the station, nice spa for relaxation

so close to Kanayama station, very easy to find it. whilst the compartment looked very small, well-furnished, quite clean. found the spa at 2nd floor, very nice.

Convenient spotless hotel near Kanayama station

The hotel provided a convenient base for a week's business visit to Nagoya. The room was Japanese-size and spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet served both Japanese and western items. The station, with subway routes, and with rail connections to Central Japan airport, is a couple of minutes away. There are lots of places to eat around the station, and a large Japanese shopping mall is a twenty minute stroll away. The downside is that the area around the hotel is full of pachinko parlours, etc.
