I'm saying is not false or fake argument.. When I arrived at the hotel, no one didn’t checked my temperature. My plan was to stay 2 nights in this hotel. The first night I had symptoms, so I went to the front desk and I let your staff know. She told me that there won’t be any problem for the next night cancellation. However, I'll have to call the next day to talk with a supervisor. Then I left the hotel. The next day, I called several times to get that night cancellation. Finally after trying several times. I was able to talk with a supervisor. She told me that she would return my call. I’M STILL WAITING FOR HER CALL. The only answer I’m getting from this hotel is I’m a liar.

I was visiting some friends and stayed in the hotel on Sunday and on my return on Wednesday. The hotel has gone through and is going through some renovation. on the firt trip, my price quoted did not match the fee at the hotel. After prepaying online for wednesday, the price was set.The receptionist was cordial. My room was on the third floor. Later, I read there was an elevator, somewhere. Overall, I gave it 3.5 stars out of 5. Should be very nice if and when the renovation is finished.

I stayed at this hotel for the first and last day in my trip to Baja during the pandemic. The first day, I was disappointed in that the price that I was quoted online was more when I came to the door of about $10. The whole town actually is very clean inside, however I did bring my own cleaners and went over the entire room with alcohol-based swabs. The bed was very comfortable and the actual continental breakfast was good. The second night I paid about $38 and slept very well that evening. They are in the midst of a upgrade in regards to the rooms. It's a good place to stop the showers are large and the staff was very nice. I rate it a four out of five in economic hotels and would say it was better than a Motel 6 but not quite a Holiday Inn.

Its a good hotel to stay at affordable and walking distance to the down of Tijuana. Its a very convienent place to stay and also very comfortable.

two different visits both times receptionists don't know what they are doing, there is a line and it took 45 min to check in. each of these times the receptionist had to make a phone call to an off duty manager because my room "wasn't available". they tried to upcharge me, i refused then they stuck me in a room with two twins instead of the queens i had paid for. either its a scam or incompetent staff overbooking. i will not be coming back, too many better alternatives at this price point.

Wifi was bad all the time, the tv channels are limited and we couldn’t work or watch movies in our computer because the weak wifi. Everything else was okay.

Great place to stay for the quick night rest at a great price.

Nice Quiet near down town dinning and strip. Nice remodeled rooms. Not the best parking available at property but good rooms for price.

Rooms looked clean. No carpet. Key card has to be activated everyday. Parking was free in hotel if you found some. No do not disturb signs. Mattress has 6in foam on top, no back support.
